  Paragraph 15 of Listing Agreement: The seller has been informed of what the total commission charge from San Jacinto Properties will be to list and sell this home. The seller can also choose to offer an additional commission to a Buyer’s Agent if that agent submits an accepted contract on the home. The seller has discussed the commission options with the listing agent before signing this listing contract and is in agreement.
Buyer's Right to Terminate for Appraisal

All San Jacinto Properties Agents are REQUIRED to adhere to the following guidelines: 1) You must use approved company logos and designs on all business cards, signs, postcards, advertisements, etc.  2) You must provide copies of all contracts, forms, addenda, notices and checklists to the Broker via Dotloop for each transaction   3) You must use the approved company forms and checklists for listings, closings, rebates and commission disbursement   4) You must be able to scan all signed contracts, addenda and docs into .pdf format and be able to email them to the broker   5) You must use ShowingSmart or Showing Time Showing Services to schedule appointments on all residential listings   6) You must use a Supra electronic lockbox on all occupied listings   7) You must own and be able to use a digital camera and know how to edit photographs for uploading to MLS and also offer Virtual Tours on your listings  8) You must have your free HAR.com agent web site up and working at all times   9) You must use Zipforms or Dotloop to complete your contracts and addenda   10) You must submit the company CDA to the Broker for approval at least 72 hours prior to closing for approval and signature.

Our agents operate on a 95/5 Split ($99 Minimum to broker). On leases there is only a Transaction Fee of $99 to the broker.
