How Much Commission Do You Charge To Sell My Home?

The Standard Listing Package fee is negotiable between you and your San Jacinto Properties listing agent. Our normal fee is 6% of the sales price however that depends on if you want premium services such as an Open House, Virtual Tour, Color Flyers, Talking House Radio Transmitter, Drone Aerial Photos, Staging Services, etc. We do offer packages with reduced commissions. If you are also buying a home with us representing you, we can give you a reduced commission on your listing or give you a rebate on the buying end at closing. Be sure to discuss exactly what you want from your agent and they can work with you on the listing fee. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: No commissions or fees are paid upfront. San Jacinto Properties does allow sellers to terminate their listing agreements before the expiration date, provided they give us a valid reason in writing for the termination and allow us 7 days to correct the problem (if possible) and provided that there is no pending contract for sale already on the property. Please consult with your individual agent about additions or changes to your individualized marketing plan / listing package.
